Our primary customer base includes project owners, architects, engineers, as well as general and specialty contractors.
We offer our broad expertise, efficiency, and a quality-driven professional workforce. Our activities include mechanical system construction, in-house mechanical engineering, and proven quality control procedures.
You can choose either:
1. The “design-build” approach whereby you have a guaranteed price and one contractor who coordinates a team (architect, engineer, and subcontractors), or,
2. The “plan & spec” approach whereby you are in control of specific project costs and consultants.
With the “design-build” approach, both the design and construction are handled under one contract. Some of the advantages to the owner can include savings of time & money, and less stress in working with one competent contractor.
